The cookies and technologies we use
1. Essential and functional (always on)
These make the site work and remember your cookie choice. They include the Complianz cookie-consent records that store whether you accepted or denied, and WordPress and site-feature cookies needed for forms, security, and property search to function. They do not track you for advertising.
2. Analytics (only if you accept)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. It sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID (up to about 2 years). Data is processed by Google. This runs only after you accept.
3. Advertising and measurement (only if you accept)
We use Google Ads tags to measure whether visits to this site lead to inquiries such as a home-value request, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). Cookies such as _gcl_au and other Google advertising cookies may be set. We do not use sensitive personal characteristics to build audiences, and we follow Google and Meta housing advertising rules. These run only after you accept.
4. Spam protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated bots. It may collect hardware and software information and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
